  1. How Do I get started?

    Simply give us a call and we'll be happy to get you signed up. If you have additional questions, call us at (336) 793-5200 or fill out the contact form. We will be happy to help out.

  2. Do I need to come to your business or location?

    No, most of the design process can be discussed through e-mail or a phone call. Once you request our services, we will e-mail you a simple design questionnaire. After we receive the requested information, we will then create an initial design idea. Once you approve the design, we will move forward and build your custom one page website.

  3. How long does the process take?

    Normally, your new home improvement website will be completed within 3-4 weeks. Please do keep in mind that this timeframe depends on your ability to deliver our requested information in a timely manner!

  4. What payment forms do you accept?

    We prefer PayPal. Even if you do not have a Paypal account, we can accept most major credit cards through PayPal. We also accept check payments. We must receive your payment before the site is uploaded to the internet. Your monthly hosting and maintenance can be set up as an automatic payment so that there is one less thing for you to worry about. If you decide not to use autopay, please make sure that your payment is received by the beginning of your billing cycle.

  5. What exactly is web hosting?

    Website hosting is what makes your site accesible to the world. Your site is uploaded to the internet and stored on servers so that anyone can view it.

  6. What if I already have my Domain Registered?

    When you place your order, select the radio button next to "transfer your domain" on the order form. You may also use the free domain to order a second domain name to point to your new website.

  7. Who owns the website?

    The text, images and logos on the site will belong to you, but the design is ours. You are free to use the design for the life of your business, but you are not allowed to remove the footer link or our logo from the website.

  8. What does the monthly website maintenance include?

    Our monthly maintenance package will help keep your website current. The packages include 1 hour of website edits each month. We can change or add images, upload a new logo and change contact details. If your business has a 'monthly specials area', we can edit it with your new specials and discounts. We can make basic design edits, such as changing heading colors, but the initial design will not be edited.
